Remedy 365

Terms and conditions

A connected clinical hub, for one and all.

Welcome to the Remedy 365 Pilot. By participating, you're partnering with The Remedy Nutrition Clinic to help shape the future of our everyday health membership.

Please read these terms carefully. They outline the boundaries of the pilot, what you can expect from our clinical team, and what we expect from you as a Founding Member.

1. The Pilot Value Exchange & Your Commitment

This pilot is designed to test the operational and clinical delivery of Remedy 365 before its public launch.

  • Complimentary Access: In recognition of your role as a Founding Member, your access to the Remedy 365 pilot is provided entirely free of charge.

  • Mandatory Feedback: In exchange for this premium access, you agree to actively use the service and provide feedback. This includes completing short satisfaction surveys during the pilot and if selected, participating in a brief (15-minute) structured feedback interview at the end of the pilot phase.

  • Service Evolution: You acknowledge that Remedy 365 is currently in a testing phase. Features, platform layouts, and service delivery methods may be tweaked, added, or removed based on real-time feedback.

2. Scope of Service: What Remedy 365 Is (And Isn't)

Remedy 365 is an evidence-led everyday health hub designed to provide continuous, practical support. It is distinct from The Remedy Nutrition Clinic’s premium 1:1 clinical packages.

  • Practitioner Check-ins: Members are entitled to a set number of 30-minute check-ins (Individual: 2 per year; Couple: 3 per year; Family: 5 per year). These are designed to review your current health priorities and establish clear next steps. They are not deep-dive clinical consultations or diagnostic appointments.

  • The Health Hub & Protocols: You'll have access to pre-written, self-guided protocols for everyday ailments (e.g., cold and flu, seasonal allergies, perimenopause symptoms). These are for educational purposes and do not replace personalized, 1:1 clinical protocols.

  • The Community Forum: This is a space to ask short, general questions to our practitioners and connect with other members.

3. Medical Disclaimer & Clinical Boundaries

To ensure the safety of our members and protect the operational capacity of our clinical team, strict boundaries apply to the Remedy 365 membership.

  • Not a Replacement for Medical Care: The information, live Q&As, and community responses provided within Remedy 365 do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or specialised medical advice. Always consult your GP or primary healthcare provider for acute or severe medical concerns.

  • No Complex Case Management: Remedy 365 is designed for everyday health optimisation and baseline support. If a practitioner determines during a check-in or forum interaction that your health concerns require complex, investigative analysis or advanced functional testing, they will advise you to upgrade to a 1:1 clinical package.

4. Community Guidelines & Fair Use

We are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and highly valuable community space.

  • Fair Use of Practitioner Time: To prevent operational overload, questions posted in the community forum must be kept short and general. Practitioners will not review personal blood work, lengthy medical histories, or complex symptom lists within the community forum.

  • Respect and Privacy: The Remedy 365 hub a private safe space. Members must not screenshot, share, or distribute any personal information, questions, or stories shared by other members outside of the platform.

  • Zero Tolerance: The Remedy Clinic reserves the right to remove any member from the pilot program immediately if they engage in disrespectful behaviour, share inappropriate content, or consistently violate the fair-use boundaries of the clinical team's time.

5. Duration and Transition

  • End of the Pilot Phase: The initial pilot program includes a 4-week active onboarding and testing phase. At the conclusion of the pilot you will automatically remain in a Beta testing group before paid plans are introduced. You have the option to leave the pilot at this stage by requesting removal via email.

  • Future Pricing: As a Founding Member, you'll be offered the opportunity to transition into a paid Remedy 365 membership once the pilot and beta testing concludes, though you're under no obligation to do so.
